Why should you join this PROSEC Talk?
Erosive tooth wear is a common problem in industrialized countries. In order to compensate the loss of tooth substance, indirect restorative treatments may be indicated. Traditional prosthetic concepts require an extensive preparation of the already hampered dentition and can lead to biological complications. From this point of view, it is crucial to prepare teeth as minimally invasive as possible. At the same time, restorative materials should withstand high occlusal loads and high aesthetic demands should be fulfilled. Individual case-by-case and tooth-by-tooth decisions which follow a diagnostic process are key to success for the rehabilitation of worn dentitions.
