What is the topic of the webinar?
Clinicians and dental technicians have access to an astounding array of new technologies, tools, and materials to design predictable beautiful smiles.

This presentation puts an emphasis on close cooperation between prosthodontist, periodontist, implantologist, and dental technician. In addition, a focus is placed on clinical and prosthetic techniques to achieve successful aesthetics.

The newest developments in the field of digital systems allow greater predictability and precision of results and reduce the duration of dental treatment and dental technology. These technologies offer more accuracy which allows better design quality. Transitioning from an analog workflow to a digital one requires a change of paradigms.

Material selection is fundamental in the management of complex rehabilitation and implant restorations as well. The aesthetic outcome and the natural appearance of the restoration depends also on the skills of the dental technician. Understanding of the gingiva of the dental technician will be explained to re-create in a two-way communication an aesthetic end result. New concepts and trends with a focus on zirconium dioxide and its excellent long-term behavior and extraordinary mechanical properties, will be discussed to realize predictable natural oral aesthetics around implants.

An interdisciplinary approach is the key to optimal case management and this will be demonstrated by cases ranging from single tooth to complex multiple tooth restoration.
